This target store refused to honor a pricing discrepancy for the same dress! Needed a X-small to small, the medium had a $20 yellow clearance sticker. Target in Lowell Massachusetts refused to price the same EXACT yellow dress of $28 at register (originally $40) for the small. The medium was $20 yellow clearance for the same exact dress. Only one register with a human cashier, cashier held up line to call manager on their device. Manager refused to price the same clothing item to the exact same, just different size over the device. Not in person. Target really refused to reduce $8 for the same exact dress. Apparently smaller people have to pay a premium for the same exact dress. Corporate must be drowning if $8 and matching the sticker price takes so much authorization, just to be denied. Won’t be back to this location!

This Target is a bit of a dump. The shoe department looks like a bomb went off, and you will never wait longer for a prescription at the understaffed CVS Pharmacy in the store anywhere else. Like many areas, this is a run down part of the city and you will know it the moment you get there. Don't go alone or at night. 😬
